Nikko Asset Management Australia has appointed a new Chief Operating Officer. The former Singapore based executive will take up the new position on Monday 6 February.
Nikko Asset Management, Australia Managing Director, Sam Hallinan, (pictured below) has announced that Peter Lynn has accepted the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Nikko Asset Management (Nikko AM) Australia.
The role carries a senior leadership function across the entire business with specific accountability for Operations, Technology, HR and Finance, Nikko said in a statement sent to finews.asia.
Peter Lynn is currently working with the Multi-Asset Team in Singapore and before that was the Managing Director of the Nikko AM New Zealand business for six years. Lynn will commence with the Australian business in Sydney on Monday 6 February.
