Geneva headquartered Union Banciare Privee has augmented the Singapore business with the recruitment of a duo of experienced bankers covering two key client areas.
Prashant Tandon joins Union Banciare Privee (UBP) from Barclays where he was a Managing Director and spent over 5 years covering the NRI market from Dubai. Prior to Barclays he was a Director at Merrill Lynch and a Senior Relationship Manager with Citi. Tandon will be joining the Non Resident Indian (NRI) team.
Also joining UBP is former Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs banker Jane Maund. Maund will be covering the North Asian client segment. When contacted a representative for UBP did not wish to comment.
Both new hires will be based in UBP’s One Raffles Quay offices in Singapore the firm recently acquired from Coutts.
