Deutsche Bank has hired a former Credit Suisse executive as its Southeast Asia vice chairman.

Robert Huray will join Deutsche Bank in September as vice chairman for Southeast Asia, according to a «Bloomberg» report.

In the role, he will focus on large clients across Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. 

Huray was most recently working at Credit Suisse where he spent around one year as its Southeast Asia investment banking vice chair. Previously, he also worked at Malaysian billionaire Robert Kuok’s Kuok Group as a managing director overseeing investments in the region and at RHB Investment Bank as its chief executive officer.
