Hong Kong-based DL Family Office has hired a former private banker from Morgan Stanley as a managing director.
Ann Yu joins DL Family Office as managing director, according to a statement, reporting to CEO Crystal He. In the role, Yu will be responsible for managing ultra-high net worth clients, family offices and listed companies across Hong Kong, mainland China and Taiwan.
Yu has more than 15 years of experience in the financial sector, most recently as an executive director at Morgan Stanley’s private banking arm. Previously, she also worked at UBS and JPMorgan.
DL Family Office is a multi-family office and wholly-owned subsidiary of DL Holdings, a Hong Kong-listed firm that offers investment banking services, securities trading, financial advisory, multi-strategy investment fund management, investment research and financial loans. According to its website, DL Family Office has around $2 billion in assets under management.
