Singapore-based WRISE has announced the appointment of three new board members for its Middle East unit.
WRISE Middle East has appointed Arif Sayed Al Kazim, Nick Savastano and Simon Yiu as members of its board of directors, according to a statement, effective immediately.
Kazim is a human resource professional with experience in Africa, Central Asia, Middle East, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Hong Kong. He was previously the executive committee director and head of human resources at the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).
Savastano has 27 years of experience working with sovereign entities, pension funds, family offices, endowments, insurance companies and distribution channels across the Middle East, Africa and Asia. He previously served as senior executive officer and regulatory head with DFSA experience.
Yiu is a Hong Kong financial veteran with experience in business management, identifying business opportunities, consultancy services on strategy, marketing, organization operations, M&A as well as private equity and overseas investment.
