The investment management arm of Manulife has hired a former Bank of Singapore executive who specializes in alternatives.
Manulife Investment Management has appointed Calvin Lim as alternatives investment specialist, according to a statement. Based in Singapore, he will be responsible for bringing the firm’s range of private market capabilities to Asia, including private equity, private credit, real assets and more.
Prior to his latest role, Lim was working at Bank of Singapore as a product specialist in the private markets and alternatives team. Previously, he also worked at Goldman Sachs.
