What it is:
The Guide Michelin is a hotel and travel guide which is published annually in different country versions. The French edition is compiled by Michelin Editions des Voyages in Paris. The famous «Red Michelin» is a guide for restaurants and hotels, the green Michelin a general tourist guide.
