Paris-based BNP Paribas has appointed a chief executive officer for its Taiwan business.
BNP Paribas has appointed Bruno Boussard as CEO of BNP Paribas SA, Taiwan branches, according to a statement, effective 1 October 2024 and subject to regulatory approval. Based in Taiwan, he will report to Paul Yang, CEO Asia Pacific, BNP Paribas.
Boussard has worked at BNP Paribas for over 30 years after first joining in 1993. He has held various leadership roles, most recently as deputy head group asset liability management treasury in Paris.
Boussard succeeds Manon Breuvart, who is moving back to Paris to assume the role of head of credit, BNP Paribas Wealth Management, reporting to Vincent Lecomte, CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management.
