Digital asset custodian Hex Trust has announced the appointment of a new member to its advisory board.

Hex Trust has appointed Anthony Chan as a member of its advisory board, according to a statement.

Chan has extensive expertise in asset management, including private equity, venture capital and private credit. He is currently CEO of Isola Capital, an asset management and family office platform established in Hong Kong in 2011 which was an early stage investor in Hex Trust via its IPVF VII fund in 2021.

He also serves as co-chair of the Cyberport Investors Network Growth Portfolio Sub-Committee, board member of Pacific Basin Economic Council, member of the Market Misconduct Tribunal and a committee member of various industry associations.
