After opening a spectacular Porsche hotel in Atlanta, Swiss property firm Acron has new projects in its pipeline. The developments provide interesting investment possibilities.
Swiss property investment firm Acron successfully opened their luxury hotel, Solis Two Porsche Drive, next to Porsche’s U.S. headquarters and Atlanta's Hartsfield Airport.
The investment for is very successful and has already exceeded investors' expectations, according to André Lagler, Managing Director and Head of Sales. The project also won an «Americas Property Award» this year, he noted.
Hilton Navy Pier Project
Also, Acron just finished financing for a lucrative Navy Pier investment in Chicago. Acron plans to build a Hilton-branded luxury hotel directly on the popular amusement venue of Lake Michigan, Lagler said.
Hilton is supporting the project financially. Navy Pier is one of the American Midwest's biggest tourist attraction, drawing over 9.5 million visitors annually. The investment is also classified as a trophy one.
Berkeley Hotel
With Acron's pipeline full, Lagler is hinting that the firm will build a hotel directly at the entrance to the University of California in Berkeley. The location is flawless and the investment also fits Acron's DNA.
Besides investments in the U.S., Acron is very active in Switzerland, Austria, Germany and Brazil. According to Lagler, the firm is just a phone call or email away for any questions.
