The brother of Singapore's Prime Minister has been seeking to sell a pair of bungalows with a total value of more than $20 million.
One bungalow was sold for S$13 million ($9.6 million) last week to a Singaporean businessman, according to a «Straits Time» report.
The other adjoining bungalow remains on sale at $16.8 million, according to a listing on real estate portal PropertyGuru.
The houses are jointly owned by Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong’s brother Lee Hsien Yang and his wife Lee Suet Fern.

The former bungalow – Singapore’s equivalent of a mansion – sits on a 9,920 square feet plot of land, placing the transaction value at around $1,400 per square feet.
The latter bungalow still in the market sits on a 9,888 square feet plot with a home that boasts six bedrooms, two living rooms, a walk-in wine cellar, a helper’s room, an infinity pool and a koi pond.
According to a «Bloomberg» report, Lee declined to comment on the reason for selling the home while he and his wife are believed to be currently residing in an apartment located in the presitgious Nassim Road neighborhood.
