JLL Bolsters Indonesia Leadership
Chicago-headquartered real estate firm JLL has announced changes to its growth strategy in Indonesia, including two new appointments.
JLL appointed Vivin Harsanto as head of growth, executive director, Indonesia, according to a statement, reporting to Farazia Basarah, country head, JLL Indonesia. In the newly created role, Harsanto will remain responsible for strategic consulting while also assuming oversight for the firm’s office leasing platform in Indonesia, facilitating the delivery of transactional and office leasing advisory services to JLL's diversified client base in Indonesia.
Harsanto has nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently as head of advisory, Indonesia.
Tenant Representation
Concurrently, Panji Aziz will partner closely with Harsanto to deliver JLL’s office leasing advisory platform in Indonesia as head of tenant representation. Aziz has 15 years of experience and has held numerous roles across the tenant representation space.
The two appointments aim to strengthen JLL’s commercial real estate offering by «facilitating a new phase of forward-looking office leasing advisory solutions in Indonesia».
