Hong Kong-based digital lender ZA Bank has announced the appointment of a new chief executive officer.
ZA Bank has appointed Calvin Ng as CEO, according to a statement, succeeding Ronald Iu who steps down also in his role as executive director.
Ng is a founding member of ZA Bank and served as an executive director since September 2022. He played a key role in several major milestones at the firm, including its application for a digital banking license in Hong Kong, its official launch of ZA Bank and growth to 800,000 users.
