IRESS, a supplier of share market and wealth management systems, has appointed a new group level executive.
Aaron Knowles has been appointed to the newly created role of Group Executive – Product, according to a statement sent on Wednesday. He will be based in Sydney, Australia.
Knowles will be responsible for all product functions across IRESS and will report to IRESS chief executive Andrew Walsh.
«Clients are increasingly asking us to deliver integrated solutions that draw on both our financial markets and wealth management product range. The new role will ensure our teams are well-positioned to continue to meet the needs of all clients,» Andrew Walsh said.
Aaron Knowles joined IRESS in 2004 and has held various positions in client relationship and product areas prior to his current role. He has over 13 years experience with wealth management software and prior to joining IRESS worked with AXA, National Australia Bank and Legal & General (U.K.).
