Standard Chartered has made appointments to new region-specific teams it has created in Guernsey in order to manage client demands originating out of ASEAN, Greater China, Africa and the Middle East.
In a note shown to finews.asia the U.K. headquartered banking group Standard Chartered has promotedAntonietta Beebe to Associate Director. She will head up the ASEAN team.
Beebe is a highly experienced trust professional who previously managed the Universal Life Insurance Team in Guernsey. Her promotion will see her assume responsibility for Standard Chartered’s biggest book of business in Guernsey.
New Head for Greater China
Françoise Bougourd has also been promoted to lead the Greater China team. Bougourd who possesses almost 30 years trust and fiduciary experience, joined Standard Chartered in 2013 and has previously worked in the teams serving Africa and the Middle East as well as ASEAN.
In her new role, she will be heading the Greater China team and will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a defined portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients in Hong Kong.
