Barclay's former Vice President of Corporate Communications for Southeast Asia and Australia has moved to Baker & McKenzie.
In his new role as an Associate Director of Communications for Asia Pacific, John McGuinness will be responsible for the firm’s internal and external communications strategy and execution at a regional level, according to a statement sent on Thursday. He will report to Will White, Global Director of Communications.
Supporting senior Asia Pacific management and industry and practice leads around internal engagement, while continuing to build Baker & McKenzie's profile in traditional and social media across the Firm's 17 offices in 12 jurisdictions in the Asia Pacific region.

McGuinness has commenced his role and is based in Singapore.
