A former Barings manager joins asset manager Jupiter in October to work on its Japan funds, alongside with Dan Carter.
Mitesh Patel has been an investment manager at Barings since 2013 and previously worked at Blackrock. He will join British asset manager Jupiter on October 3, supporting Dan Carter on the Japan Income and Japan Select Sicav funds.
His arrival follows on from the departure of longstanding manager Simon Somerville earlier this year.
