Family Office Exchange, the global membership organisation for family enterprises and their key advisors, has appointed a Market Leader for Australia and New Zealand.
Family Office Exchange (Fox) has designed Peter Roach as the new Market Leader for Australia and New Zealand. Roach succeeds Melissa James who will continue as co-facilitator of the Fox Family Enterprise Council meetings.
In the new role he will work on expanding the Fox membership base in the region and guide families and advisors on global best practices.
Roach (pictured left) was Chief Executive Officer of the Fairfax Family Office, Cambooya Services, from 2000-2012. In conjunction with that role, he was a Non-Executive Director of Rural Press and other boards associated with the family’s media and private equity interests. Since stepping down from that role he continues to serve as an independent, non-executive director of various boards of generational families across Australia. In addition to Cambooya Services, he has also worked with one of Australia’s largest banks, developing family office services.
James (pictured left) will continue to jointly run the twice annual Fox Family Enterprise Council meetings and work in a special project capacity with Fox. The company is headquartered in Chicago with offices in New York and Sydney.
