The appointment of the executive with two decades of experience in real estate business development will help strengthen Knight Frank’s service offerings to local and overseas clients.
Property developer and real estate agency Knight Frank Singapore has appointed Daniel Ding as the head of investment and capital markets (land, building and global real estate), to commence in January 1, 2020, the firm announced in a press release.
Ding is the former chief executive of Soilbuild Construction, and brings 20 years of real estate business development and investment experience across Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and the U.K.
In his new role, Ding will set up and lead a team to capitalize on opportunities in cross-border transactions for outbound and inbound capital looking for direct real estate investments. He will report to Wendy Tang, group managing director, and will work closely with Ian Loh, head of investments and capital markets (land, building & collective sales), the statement said.
