The London-headquartered firm, which provides specialist advice on real estate, marine and aviation assets, has announced the appointment of a representative in Southeast Asia.
Based in Singapore, Sophie Brown joins Arc & Co., where she will provide debt advisory services with a focus on real estate, the firm announced on Thursday in a statement.
Brown trained as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in London in 1999 and later worked on M&A and debt structuring. She has worked for private equity-owned, family-owned and FTSE 250 businesses and been finance director of several companies. She was previously part of art advisory Overstone's international team in Singapore.
«The Southeast Asian market has a key influence in the U.K. and European real estate market across all sectors including residential, commercial, and industrial both for development and investment,» Andrew Robinson, CEO, said in a statement.
