Manulife Investment Management has expanded its multi-asset solutions team in Asia with a new Hong Kong-based hire.
Marc Franklin joins Manulife Investment Management as a managing director and senior portfolio manager, asset allocation, according to a statement, reporting to senior managing director and Asia head of asset allocation Luke Browne.
Based in Hong Kong, Franklin will focus on the management of cross-asset class portfolios and tailored solutions including benchmark relative, peer relative, risk managed and total return strategies.
Franklin has 14 years of investment industry experience, most recently with NN Investment Partners in the Netherlands where he was its head of flexible multi-asset.
Multi-Asset Solutions Team
Following the latest hire, the firm’s multi-asset solutions team has grown its headcount to 10 solutions professionals in Asia and over 55 worldwide.
