Citi has appointed a new head of markets for Asia Pacific, replacing Stuart Staley who remains with the American bank.
Julia Raiskin has been named Asia Pacific head of markets at Citi, according to a statement, reporting to APAC chief executive Peter Babej as well as global co-heads of markets Carey Lathrop and Andrew John Morton.
Raiskin replaces Stuart Staley who will stay with the bank in his new role as co-head of global foreign exchange.
Raiskin was most recently APAC head of equities at Citi, where she first joined in 2007. Previously, she also held other regional roles such as head of investor sales & relationship management, head of G10 rates sales, and head of fixed income retail structured product.
«Markets is a strategic pillar of our broader APAC strategy, and [Raiskin] proven leadership will be key in advancing Citi’s franchise across the region,» Babej said in the bank’s statement.
