Standard Chartered has announced the appointment of two new wealth management executives in Asia.
Sabina Chiang has been named head, managed investments, wealth management at Standard Chartered, according to a statement. Based in Hong Kong, she reports to Alson Ho, head, wealth management, Hong Kong.
In the role, Chiang will oversee the managed investments business across retail, business and private banking in Hong Kong.
Chiang joined Standard Chartered in 2014 and was formerly the head of managed investments for the private banking unit in Hong Kong. Prior to joining British lender, she also worked at Julius Baer, BNP Paribas and Lombard Odier.
Private Bank Appointment
The bank also appoints Adam Ng as head of managed investments, private bank Hong Kong and he will continue to report to Chiang.
Ng began working at Standard Chartered in 2020 and previously held various positions at DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners and Deutsche Bank.
