UBS relocates a top researcher to Mumbai to take on the role of India's head of global markets.
Gautam Chhaochharia has been appointed as head of global markets, India, at UBS, according to a note seen by finews.asia. He will relocate from Hong Kong to Mumbai to take on the new role.
Chhaochharia was most recently deputy head of APAC research. He first started working at UBS in 2010 as a research analyst covering mid-caps before becoming head of research India in 2013. Previously, he also worked at Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan and Citigroup.
