The wealth management arm of BNP Paribas has appointed a head of investment funds advisory for the region, finews.asia has learned.

BNP Paribas Wealth Management has appointed Adrien Lalau as head of investment funds advisory, Asia, according to an internal memo seen by finews.asia. Based in Singapore, he reports to Shafali Sachdev, head of investment services, APAC.

In the role, Lalau will lead the generation and delivery of advisory services for a broad range of mutual funds and alternatives along with a team of specialists.

Wealth Reunion

Lalau rejoins after six years with BNP Paribas Asset Management, overseeing funds distribution to private banks and family offices in Asia and the Middle East. He was previously working at BNP Paribas Wealth Management as an investment counselor in Singapore, covering family offices and clients from the international market segment in Asia, Middle East and Europe.
