The former Asia philanthropy services head of Swiss private bank Pictet has joined a US-headquartered environmental organization.
Anthony Gao has joined the APAC arm of The Nature Conservancy (TNC) as an executive director, Hong Kong and regional partnerships, according to a LinkedIn post.
Gao has over a decade of experience, most recently at Pictet as its head of philanthropy services, Asia for three years. Prior to that, he worked at UBS, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and McKinsey.

TNC is a Virginia-headquartered global environmental organization founded in 1951 with over a million members and conservation work impacting 81 countries and territories.
