Chubb Life, the global life insurance division of Chubb, announced the appointment of several new roles in Hong Kong and Singapore and a new Chief Marketing Officer.
Ben Ng takes up the role as Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of Chubb's Hong Kong operation. Ng will head up the corporate strategy, marketing and product development teams, and be responsible for directing and managing product development & marketing, branding, advertising, corporate communications and customer relations for Chubb Life in Hong Kong. He will also provide assistance in planning local company strategies to achieve business objectives.
He joins Chubb Life from FWD Life Insurance, where he was the Assistant Vice President of the Product Development and Management team. Prior to joining FWD, he had worked for Zurich Life Insurance, AXA China, AIA China Region and Winterthur Life, with extensive experience in actuarial, product and business development.
Singapore Moves
Michael Frazer who is currently, Head of Energy & Technical Lines, Asia Pacific has been appointed as the new Head of Property, Asia Pacific. He replaces Jason Keen who was recently promoted to the role of Regional Head of Property & Casualty for Asia Pacific. In his new role, Frazer will continue to be based in Singapore and will report to Keen.
Michael Peacock presently, Energy & Technical Lines Manager for Australia & New Zealand, has been appointed as Head of Energy & Power, Asia Pacific. In his new capacity, which will include oversight for the Inland Transit portfolio, Peacock will report to Frazer and will relocate from Sydney to Singapore.
Stephen Hanna, replaces Peacock as the new Energy & Technical Lines Manager for Australia & New Zealand. Hanna is currently Product Head Power for Australia & New Zealand. In his new role, he will report to Peter Kelaher, Head of Property & Casualty, Australia & New Zealand and also to Peacock.
