MetLife Insurane has appointed a Head of People and Culture based in Sydney and who brings over 15 years of experience.
Allyson Carlile (pictured left) will report to Deanne Stewart, CEO MetLife Australia, according to a media release sent on Tuesday.
She joins MetLife from NAB Asset Management where she previously held the position as Head of People. Prior to her role at NAB, Carlile also held a number of executive and senior positions at leading blue-chip financial organisations including Westpac, Barclays Global Investors and BT Financial Group.
