Vontobel Asset Management has appointed a former UBS banker as Head of Multi Asset Solutions. He will also become a voting member of the Investment Committee.
As a Head of Multi Asset Solutions Gregor Hirt will join Vontobel Asset Management on 1 July 2017, according to a press release sent on Wednesday. He comes from UBS Global Asset Management, where he started in 2014 as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) Global Investment Solutions for Europe and Switzerland and became Global Chief Strategist Multi Asset in 2016.
Prior to UBS, Hirt held various senior positions at Schroders and Credit Suisse.
