JLL Appoints Thailand Country Head
Real estate and investment management company JLL has announced the appointment of a country head for Thailand.
JLL has appointed Krit Pimhataivoot as Thailand country head and head of capital markets, Thailand, according to a statement, effective July 1. He will also join the firm’s Southeast Asia leadership team.
Based in Bangkok, Pimhataivoot will assume responsibility for JLL's entire operation in Thailand, which will include oversight of business lines, balance sheet, development, and execution of strategy and advisory. He will also be tasked with supporting clients in navigating Thailand’s maturing real estate landscape and leading the in-country executive team.
Pimhataivoot has worked exclusively in real estate investments for JLL’s Thailand team since 2019. Prior to this, he spent five years in various research and consultancy roles at the firm.
