The WongPartnership is the first Singapore law firm to harness artificial intelligence and document automation.
It is not only the financial sector that is facing technology challenges, the legal sector is also being infiltrated. As part of WongPartnership’s legal technology vision, the firm has deployed artificial intelligence (AI) and document automation technology to enhance and innovate its legal services.
The firm has adopted technology from London-based AI firm Luminance, to support the Corporate/M&A practice which is actively engaged in numerous transactions in Singapore (and across ASEAN and the Middle East).
Driving Efficiencies
The platform’s unique intuitive solution ensures that lawyers can focus their review on key documents from the outset, to conduct due diligence and other contract review processes more effectively.
The company's clients can also access a subscription-based legal document automation service through WPGateway on the firm’s website, to generate certain standardised documents at their convenience.
Digital Documents
This exclusive client service is an extension of the firm’s adoption of Contract Express, an advanced document automation technology from Thomson Reuters. This service, which is being rolled out in stages, allows lawyers to engage more efficiently with clients through modern digital document drafting.
«Technology is changing the way law is practiced and, as such, technological innovation must be a cornerstone of our firm’s growth,» said Ng Wai King, managing partner at WongPartnership.
