Berkshire Capital (Berkshire), a provider of strategic and M&A advisory services announced the expansion of its Sydney-based Australian team with two senior appointments.
Nelson Lam, becomes principal and executive director of Berkshire Australia while Glenn Dunn, takes up the position of vice president. Both are based in Berkshire's new Australian headquarters in Sydney.
Prior to taking on his new role Lam was the director of Fund Management sector advisory for Chase Corporate Advisory, where he originated and led the execution of a number of merger and acquisition transactions within the Australian fund management industry.
Dunn was most recently as the chief financial officer of Ascalon Capital Managers and previously worked in senior financial roles at St. George Bank Wealth Management and GIO Asset Management.
