Reyl, the Geneva-based banking group, has appointed a new chief executive for its Singapore offices. The current CEO, Nicolas Duchêne, will return to Switzerland.
Reyl named Antoine Denaiffe as its new chief executive officer for the Singapore business, according to a statement released on Monday. Denaiffe replaces Nicolas Duchêne, who will return to the headquarters in Geneva.
Denaiffe has been based in Singapore since 2012 and has co-founded several firms in the financial sector, including Partanea, an M&A-consultant and Performance Capital, an investment firm specialized in Asian venture capital. He joined Reyl Singapore in 2017.
«Antoine Denaiffe will work to ensure the continued strengthening of the Bank’s Asian activities in the areas of Wealth Management and Asset Management,» said François Reyl, CEO of Reyl.
Duchêne's New Role
Duchêne has been a partner at Reyl since 2015 and will return to Geneva to work alongside the company’s other partners. He had joined Reyl in 2009 and took the reins in Asia in 2012. In Geneva, he will be responsible for the global business, alongside deputy CEO Dominique Paladini. Duchêne reports to François Reyl.
