Vistra, a provider of essential business services, has appointed a country managing director for Singapore in a newly created role.
David Anderson is Vistra's new Country Managing Director (CMD) for Singapore, according to a media release sent on Tuesday. In this newly created role, he will report directly to Kim Jenkins, Chief Operating Officer, underscoring the strategic importance of Singapore in Vistra’s Asia-Pacific and global network.
Since its establishment in Singapore in 2010, Vistra has become the market's largest corporate and funds service provider, boasting over 600 employees serving approximately 10,000 corporate, fund, and private wealth clients.

As a pivotal hub for cross-border investment, Anderson's primary focus will be to ensure that Vistra’s inbound and outbound clients in Singapore receive exceptional service, supported by cutting-edge technology. He aims to deliver a consistent, optimized, and harmonized service experience for Vistra’s clients, leveraging local experts and global delivery hubs.
Anderson joins Vistra from GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), where he served as Managing Director, South APAC. With over two decades of experience in business services and consulting, he brings robust leadership and a strong network across the Asia-Pacific region. Fluent in Mandarin, he studied Chinese Language at Tunghai University in Taiwan.
