Less than a week after appointing a new Group Executive to lead the products division, wealth management systems specialist IRESS has made another hire.
Jacqui Lennon (pictured) will be responsible for IRESS' wealth management product strategy in Australia and internationally, according to a statement sent on Tuesday. She will report to Aaron Knowles, Group Executive, Products. Lennon joined IRESS in July 2015 and has played an important role in further embedding user experience and design principles within IRESS’ product development process.
Prior to that Lennon spent nine years at Macquarie Bank in senior strategy and customer experience roles including Head of Customer Experience – Personal Banking. She has also worked with APRA, AMP and Decimal.
