Acron, a Swiss real-estate investment company, has added two experts from the world of finance to its management team. Both have been nominated as managing directors and will report to CEO Kai Bender.
Michael Teperski has been responsible for marketing, business development and the client relationship management since the beginning of the month, Acron said in a statement today.
The 49-year-old joined the Swiss real-estate firm from DJE Kapital, a German company based in Munich. At DJE Kapital, Teperski was head of marketing and public relations. He previously worked for Bank Vontobel in Zurich as deputy head of marketing investment banking.
First-Class Hotel Projects
Paul Soblik started in August as head of hospitality, a newly created function. The hiring underlines the importance of investments in first-class hotel properties, the company said.
The 35-year-old was a founding partner at Macun Capital Partners in Pfaeffikon, vice president acquisitions hotels at Credit Suisse in Zurich and senior associate consulting and valuation at HVS in New York.
