She will take over the helm from Lee Fook Chiew, who is retiring from the role after leading the institute for nine years as chief executive.

The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), Singapore's national accountancy body, has appointed Fann Kor as chief executive officer, effective 1 January 2022, it announced on Friday.

Kor is currently ISCA’s director of member support and services. She has been part of the institute's senior management for the past five years. Previously, she spent 10 years in audit practice with Ernst & Young.

Established in 1963, ISCA advocates for the interest of the accountancy profession in Singapore, representing some 32,000 members. It is a member of Chartered Accountants Worldwide.
