Raffles Family Office has appointed a managing partner to join and establish a new real estate team.
Raffle Family Office (RFO) appoints Joe Kwan as a managing partner to create a new real estate team, according to a statement, based in Singapore. The team will act as the third offering under RFO’s Advanced Wealth arm alongside the private equity and structured investment solutions team.
Kwan was most recently with Sakai Real Estate Partners (SRE), which he co-founded in 2018, and the firm has originated and advised on property transactions totalling over S$1 billion ($720 million). Previously, Kwan was also with UBS for over four years, last as a fund manager for Asia and global direct real estate.
RFO is a multi-family office headquartered in Hong Kong with offices across Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing and Taipei.
