UBP has announced the appointment of two new executives in the region specializing in investments for South Asia.
Alania Hsu Concepcion joins UBP as its South Asia head of partner advisory, according to a statement. Based in Singapore, Hsu Concepcion reports regionally to Asia head of investment services Edouard Hoepffner and globally to global head of advisory Philippe Henry.
Hsu Concepcion has over 20 years of experience, most recently as an investment management team head for Southeast Asia at Deutsche's private banking arm in Singapore. Previously, she also worked at Barclays and Credit Suisse.
UBP’s partner advisory proposition is a high-touch offering that allows clients to access a dedicated investment expert that provides tailored multi-asset advice according to return expectations, time horizon and risk profiles.

In addition, the bank also hired Priscilla Wuersch-Ng as a senior investment advisor for South Asia. Based in Singapore, she reports to Hsu Concepcion.
Wuersch-Ng has over 10 years of experience, most recently at World Bank sister organization International Finance Corporation where she focused on providing treasury solutions to institutional clients. Previously, she also worked at Standard Chartered for six years within its Singapore investment advisory team.
