A 17-year Citi veteran has been named as the head of cards and unsecured lending for Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Citi appoints Sanjay Nambiar as head of cards and unsecured lending for APAC and EMEA, according to a statement. In the role, he reports to Asia head of Citi global wealth Angel Ng as well as APAC and EMEA head of consumer legacy franchises Kumar Ramachandran.
Nambiar has extensive consumer banking and partnerships strategy experience, including corporate alliances, wallet partners and over 50 co-brand partners across the region. He has been working at Citi for 17 years and previously also had experience at Accenture and Capital One.
