Fund services and solutions provider Ocorian has hired a business development director to grow its presence in the Asia Pacific region.
Novia Lu joins Ocorian as business development director, APAC, according to a statement, based in Hong Kong. In her role, Lu will work closely with professional intermediaries including offshore law firms, insurance companies, accounting firms, tax advisory firms, company secretarial firms and banks.
Lu has over 14 years of financial services experience, previously with Praxis where she was responsible for business development in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and mainland China. In addition to corporate structuring, she is also a specialist in setting up pre-IPO trust structures and employment incentive schemes for high net worth individuals and their families and companies.
