A 30-year banking veteran has been named as Citi’s head of international personal bank in Singapore.
Citi appoints Sharad Mohan as head of international personal bank (IPB), Singapore, according to a statement. Mohan will report to Shyam Sambamurthy, international head of Citigold and Citigold Private Client as well as Tibor Pandi, Citi country officer for Singapore.
In the role, Mohan is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of IPB Singapore. As part of Citi Global Wealth Asia, IPB Singapore is the bank’s offshore wealth management business which serves affluent and high net worth individuals primarily domiciled across the region.
Mohan has close to 30 years of consumer banking and wealth management experience. He first joined Citi as a management associate and was most recently the head of retail banking for Citi India.
