The Singapore co-CEO of Bordier has commenced her role as a fifth-generation member of the family-owned private bank prepares to return to Switzerland.

Valerie d’Argembeau (pictured below) has joined Bordier & Cie Singapore as co-CEO, according to a LinkedIn post. finews.asia first reported the move in July.

D’Argembeau has over two decades of experience, most recently as managing director and head of private clients, in Singapore and Asia Switzerland at Lombard Odier. Previously, she also worked at Société Générale and Barclays.

Family Member Relocates

According to the post, d’Argembeau will work alongside Evrard Bordier «during a transitional period as he returns to Geneva». Bordier is a fifth-generation member of the family-owned Bordier & Cie, founded in 1844.
