Paris-headquartered Amundi has hired a responsible investing specialist from Hong Kong-based Value Partners.

Amundi has appointed Frank Tsui as the head of responsible investment development, Asia ex-Japan, according to a statement. Based in Hong Kong, he will oversee responsible investments and drive the development of responsible investment strategies at both the local and regional levels across all business segments and client units.

Tsui has 20 years of asset and wealth management experience, including 10 years at Value Partners where he was last its head of ESG investment and co-head of client portfolio management. Prior to that, he also worked at UBS, Merrill Lynch, and J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
