The Singaporean lender's private banking arm hired a team head covering Russia, including Thomas Seiler, who will report to Philippe Kerkhoven, market head of international markets.
ANZ
The Australian bank hired Richard Dawson as head of international loans and specialized finance, according to its website. Dawson will be based in Hong Kong and focus on Asia Pacific.
Neuberger Berman
The independent asset manager named Alan Isenberg as head of global product strategy and marketing. Isenberg, previously Pimco's head of strategy and business management for Asia Pacific, will be based in Hong Kong.
Societe Generale
The French bank named Raj Malhotra head of debt capital markets for Asia Pacific, effective April 1. Malhotra replaces Laurent Morel, who becomes global head of financial sponsor coverage within the financial institutions group on the same date.
EFG
The Swiss bank raided rival Julius Baer in Singapore to appoint Thomas Jost head of business development for its independent asset managers unit. Jost will report to Oliver Balmelli, deputy chief executive and co-head private banking at EFG in Singapore.
Citigroup
The U.S. bank's private banking unit promoted Catherine Cheung to Asia Pacific strategist, from head of investment strategy and portfolio advisory at Citi's consumer bank. She will be based in Hong Kong and report to Ken Peng, Citi private bank’s main investment strategist in the region.
