The Asia chief of Indosuez Wealth Management is slated to join Lombard Odier.

Lombard Odier has appointed Omar Shokur as regional head for Asia, private clients and CEO for the Singapore subsidiary, according to a statement, effective 1 March 2025 and subject to regulatory approval. Based in Singapore, he will also become a member of the bank’s private clients executive committee and report to Frédéric Rochat, managing partner and co-head of the private clients division.

Shokur has more than 20 years of experience in wealth, investment management and investment banking. He began his career at Crédit Agricole where he held various senior roles. Following his exit from Indosuez Wealth Management where he has been Asia CEO for the last five years, he will be succeeded by Laurent Proutière

LOIM and Strategic Alliances

Vincent Magnenat will continue in his role as Asia group regional head, directly leading all activities for Lombard Odier Investment Managers (LOIM) in Asia and the global strategic alliances.
