Richard Straus has joined Bank Julius Baer as the new market head for Taiwan, he will be based in Hong Kong. Straus moved from Citi Private Bank where he had been head of family office and institutions for Asia Pacific.
Also in Hong Kong another former Citi private banker Matthew Lee has joined French heavyweight BNP Paribas Wealth Management, he is joined by Connie Lee who joins as a senior relationship manager.
Rounding up the Hong Kong movers Standard Chartered Private Bank have secured the services of Jenny Zheng who joins them as a relationship manager she was formerly with Bank of China International.
In Singapore however Standard Chartered Bank have lost the services of Sharon Lee who was regional head of funds and portfolio solutions for Southeast Asia.
