HSBC has appointed Guilherme Lima as its regional head of Premier and wealth business for Asia Pacific.
Fund of Funds Lighthouse Partners have hired Julian Ulmer as an investment analyst.
PwC appointed Raymund Chao as chairman, Greater China. Chao also joins the global consultancy and accountancy firm’s global network leadership team as one of five partners and its sole Asian representative.
Katherine Lau has joined HSBC as a director for loan syndications.

Peter Raar the director of learning and professional development has departed Coutts Bank.
Foo Mee Har is now the new chief executive officer of the Wealth Management Institute in Singapore. She replaces Cynthia Teong, who stepped down at the start of the month.

The corporate and investment banking division of Societe Generale in Asia has made changes to the global markets sales business in the region. Hideaki Takahashi has been appointed as its head of global markets sales in Japan and Inhwan Oh as its head of global market sales for SG Securities in Korea.
William Huang will head global market sales for Greater China with support from Charles Gu, the new head of global market sales China, while Arnaud Lhoste will hold the same head sales post for Southeast Asia.
