Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management has announced that in line with its succession planning, Low Chee Wah will step down as the Chief Executive Officer effective by the end of the year.
In an a note to the Singapore Stock Exchange Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management (FCAMCL) said Jack Lam will be appointed as CEO-designate with immediate effect. Lam will then assume the role of CEO on 1 January 2017.
Low Chee Wah will relinquish his current role to assume wider responsibilities at Frasers Centrepoint (FC), the parent company of FCAMCL, and will remain on the Board of FCAMCL as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director.
