After announcing recent leadership changes, National Australia Bank has now appointed a new «Head of People» for its Asia business.
Leslie Raymond has been appointed Head of People, Asia in National Australia Bank (NAB). In her new role she will be based in NAB’s Hong Kong branch located in Pacific Place.
She replaces Kate Colley who has repatriated to Melbourne to assume the role of Head of People for NAB’s Corporate and Institutional Banking business.
Raymond (pictured) joins NAB from Air New Zealand where she was Human Resources Director, Asia for the past 2 years, based in Shanghai. Prior to Air New Zealand, she held leadership roles at Bacardi-Martini Asia Pacific and Schindler China. At the end of February National Australia Bank Group Chief Executive Officer Andrew Thorburn made three new appointments to the Group Executive Leadership team.
The three new additions were, Mike Baird, as Chief Customer Officer, Corporate and Institutional Banking, Sharon Cook, to the new role of Chief Legal and Commercial Counsel and Patrick Wright, as Chief Technology and Operations Officer.
